Due to the highly customized nature of digital advertising setups, campaign architecture, custom keyword placement, and dedicated marketing management, all services provided by Elvendors LLC are strictly non-refundable.
Once data collection, asset provisioning, or campaign construction for Your commercial cleaning walkthrough generation system has commenced, all setup fees and onboarding retainers are strictly non-refundable. This fee compensates for the direct labor, proprietary campaign architecture, and specialized software integrations deployed for Your account.
All ad spend budgets are paid directly to the advertising network (Google Ads) and are consumed by live traffic bidding. Elvendors LLC does not hold, process, or command these funds once they are deployed to Google.
The Company cannot recall, pause for cash value, or refund any ad spend consumed by the advertising network.
Any remaining, unspent balances inside Your Google Ads billing account must be managed directly by You through Google's native billing portal.
Monthly ad optimization and management retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. These fees secure ongoing campaign maintenance, ad copy testing, negative keyword scrubbing, and data auditing to keep Your walkthrough pipeline predictable.
Clients may cancel recurring monthly ad management and campaign optimization services at any time under the following conditions:
A mandatory 30-day written notice must be submitted directly to [email protected].
Campaign management, optimization tweaks, and lead tracking maintenance will continue as active through the duration of the 30-day notice period.
Any invoices generated within the 30-day notice window remain due and payable according to your primary Client Services Agreement.
